Soon to be released by Prioritybooks

Prioritybooks is proud to announce that we will soon release a new book on Obama. It is a look at his inner campaign for U. S. Senate, and President of the United States from an insider. My friend of nearly 30 plus years, Ray Coleman was a volunteer consultant for Barack's senate campaign, and a steering committee member on the presidential campaign. He spent many days and many hours with this man he perceived as a phenomenon. We are proud to become a part of the documentation of this historical event. We present to you the cover and some pictures that documented Ray's experience. The cover is by well known artist, Bruni.Sablan, the painting is entitled "The Chosen One."

Chance of A Lifetime:

I have an opportunity to attend Inauguration Day as Barack Obama is sworn in as the 44th President. But I have decided not to go. People think that I am crazy for giving up an opportunity to see something this important, this historical. But truth be told, I can not be around that many people at one time. It’s too much for me. I know this is important. It may never happen again but still I just rather sit in my living room, hugged up under hubby with the fireplace going and watch it up close on my television.
Plus they are expecting like 4 million folks, and it may be freezing cold. Heck I don’t really like Washington, DC when I go there on business. But still I realize that I am giving up a great opportunity, but it doesn’t make me less proud or happy that this is the first time ever that an African American will be the President of the United States. I still have a hard time trying to wrap my mind around this but I just can’t handle the huge crowds.

Call me crazy but you can’t say that I’m not happy and proud!

Pardon me!
I couldn't resist myself.
Someone emailed this to me and I wanted to share it.
