Tips for Being Happy

Do you know someone who is always angry? They wear a huge frown on their face and everything and everybody can trigger them in becoming toxic, explosive and upset? Do you want to be pegged as an angry person? If you don't, follow these tips or think of your own for being happy.

Tip 1: look in the mirror and give thanks for being here another day

Tip 2: tell someone you love them

Tip 3: help someone who can't help themselves

Tip 4: have an orgasm

Tip 5: Smile because it is contagious

Tip 6: Challenge yourself and do something you never thought you would do.

Tip 7: Stop faking. If you don't like someone or something- stop pretending.

What's your tip for being a pleasant and happy person?

Seems like we're on the same wave length.

Hearing my kids laughing always makes me smile...or get concerned, lol. However, reading some of my favorite peoples blogs makes me realize how blessed I am, too.

OHHHH, and 800 thread count sheets........mmmmmmmmmm, with new pillows. And thunderstorms. :)

I overdosed on tip#2 today. I said it sooooo many times it was ridiculous, but true nonetheless.

Mine is to act silly by myself. I could think of something on TV or just doing things around the house and crack. I laugh at my own self. LOL. I have done while my daughter is here and she just shakes her head

Great tips!

I love you for being a mother to your daughter and sharing that love with us
You leave comments when I need them most and that’s certainly a plus

What makes me happy? Seeing other happy, making other happy. I love to do things for other people, things that some can't do for themselves or things that people need help doing. That warms my heart and makes me happy and gives me a sense of purpose. I'm not here for myself, I'm here for other people. I realize this now and I own it!
