Do you have an addicted behavior?
I do. When ever I try something that I like, I will eat it until I hate it. Take Butter Pecan ice cream, I fell in love with it on first taste. Same thing happened with French Vanilla yogurt, topped with peanuts and caramel. I purchase it every week until I hated it, and the same thing happened with chocolate covered almonds, Pumpkin Seeds, Lemon Heads, Chinese food, fish, etc. Eventually I hate it all. Problem with me is when I taste something and if I like it, I want it all the time. Yeah I know these are not the foods to be addicted to for the healthy figure conscious people. At first I thought it was the sugar until it happened with fish and the Chinese food. I just have an addictive behavior. I am working to change it.
