Okay I am trying to figure out how to post pictures. I am very computer literate as long as I can type, create flyers, newsletters, etc. But when I have to do something different I get clumsy fingers. That's when I become really unsure, like on a first date, I know you're wondering, "what does he think of me? I hope my breath is fresh"..You can tell I haven't dated in 20 years, right! What an analogy! Well anyway I am excited. My sister and one of my biggest cheerleaders just sold in one week almost 70 books. Now that is really something-considering the fact that she never left her desk. The big thing about this is the customers were coming to her to purchase the books. That's real important to an author because you always wonder what people think about your work. Another wonderful blessings this week is one of my authors who has only had her books about five weeks sold almost 400 in her first week. Now what's so special about these numbers...well, we are not with traditional publishing houses, we are really small on the totem pole, all publicity is done by us...and face it we don't have money backing us...but we have spirit and the presence of God in our lives and we have faith that what we ask for we will receive..
So folks my lesson for today is this....everyone must crawl before we can walk--it is only those who have the courage to keep trying to stand up after falling, who will be successful...even blessings come in small numbers.... Let's show gratitude for the blessings that we receive and please say a little prayer for me and my family.
